Noble Beginnings: A Jack Noble By L.T. Ryan Review

Hello Readers,

We have a huge special review for you. We have taken on Jack Noble's story by L. T Ryan. This is a series of books that I look forward to read to the end. I have started it and I'm going to share my very honest thoughts.

All in all a great 4 stars.

A Marine in name only, Jack is on-loan to the CIA. Normally an integral part of the team, he finds that he is nothing more than a security detail in Iraq.

Jack and his partner Bear have a run-in with four CIA special agents over the treatment of an Iraqi family. Within hours Jack and Bear are detained.

All Jack wanted was to finish his enlistment and move on with his life. All he did was intervene and save a family from unwarranted violence at the hands of four CIA agents. But he soon discovers that he did far more than intervene. He has placed himself dead square in the middle of a conspiracy that reaches the highest levels of the U.S. government.

This fast-paced political crime thriller by USA Today bestselling author L.T. Ryan will leave you burning through the pages as Jack races to stop the conspiracy before it claims his life. Fans of Jack Reacher, Mitch Rapp, and Jason Bourne should enjoy Jack Noble.

My Thoughts:

From the get go the characters hold there own. Each offering an exciting, in depth background to them.

Jack seems to always be a "wrong place, wrong time marine"

Bear is the dependable, all American muscle that readers of this genre expect from there characters. Each part he plays fits in perfectly with the story. The entire time I read this I had Steve Austin in my head.

Jess seemed like a very last minute fixture to the story. There was moments when she felt clunky and not a good fit. Even though I see why the author added her. I would have personally stuck with the suspense and drama elements.

There is a lot to like about the book. L.T Ryan designed a good level of mystery to go with his suspense. He had a keen eye for detail that lots of readers will love. A couple of minor mistakes prevented this from hitting the top 5 star mark. Minor word mix ups and the main character needed to eat more often. As those were the only faults that stuck out in my mind. Would make a perfect film.

Thank you for stopping by and I can't wait to share more reviews with you in the coming weeks.
