Read between the lines for total enchantment . . .

Review:
This one is a really hard for me to review for its only a three star book review. I didn't hate the book but there was to many things I couldn't over look. Here is the following Positives and Negatives for this book.

Positive: I love the drawings and the idea of the book in the first place. The Kingdom that was created around us. I will keep this for my children to
try one day for I believe they should try all kinds of books.

Negatives: Most of the book doesn't make any sense what so ever. An example is below. There is a lot of jumping between the fairytale and Delilah's story. I'm not sure that I like the ending of the book either. There was a lot of moments when I was pulling at my hair wishing that something would happen.

Example of what didn't make sense "one night they ran out the castle together then she is in be in labour? - Some editing mishaps here.

I feel disappointed that I had to give it three stars as I think it could have been an easy 4-5 star book with a little more care.

Never Never Part Two

Hello All,

I get to give you my thoughts on part 2 of the three part story surrounding Charlie and Silas. I can't wait to give you my thoughts about this five star review.

Blurb:
New York Times bestselling authors Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher are back with the much-anticipated, nail-biting sequel to the New York Times bestseller, Never, Never.

“Never forget that I was your first real kiss. Never forget that you’ll be my last.

And never stop loving me between all of them.

Never stop, Charlie.

Never forget.”

Silas races against time as more truths unravel, while others twist tighter together. And now, the stakes are higher as Silas’ control slips and others begin to point fingers. Charlie is in trouble and he must be the one to bridge the chasm between their past and their present. Because somewhere between I love yous and Never Nevers and Never Agains, a truth they can't imagine, beckons to be found.

“Where are you, Charlie?”

5 Star Review

Charlie is lost and then is being held in a secret place where she is being kept drugged. I have to admit that I loved the suspense and to get to know Silas in more detail is great. We learn more about their relationship and what their parents have put them through. How they are coping and how they continue to love each other. This is a great sequal to the first book. They each make the book better with every passing volume. Its a perfect middle ground for the big final piece of the puzzle.

This is a totally EPIC series and that is the only word that I could come up with. So make sure that your apart of the readers who are going to discover a great storyline with so many lessons to learn.

Its A Date By Jess Epps and Sasha Brummer - 4/5 Star Review

Hello All,

Here we have a dance, erotic and suspense filled book for you to enjoy. I hope that you will get wrapped up into it as much as I did.

It's A Date Blurb:

Worlds are realigned on one winter’s night.

“The thunderous storm that he is intensifies and I'm about to beg him for this.”

The Ballerina
I've had plenty of practice being graceful, but he has my heart tripping over my pointe shoes. I've conditioned myself to rely on nobody else and I won't start now. I'll push back as hard as I can. However, he seems to be determined on pulling down the wall I use to separate myself from others. Removing myself from his vise grip just became excruciatingly difficult. The storm that follows this man—no, the storm that is this man—has given me more than what I’ve bargained for.

The Storm
The primal need I have for her is deeper than any I’ve experienced before. My world has shifted in more ways than one, and I’m not going to stand around and be held hostage where I don’t belong. The next move I make won’t be for anyone else but myself, and if it happens to bring my world to a screeching halt, then I’m not going to fight it. I’m determined. I want her.

This novel contains mature themes, strong language, and sexual situations. It is intended for adult readers.

Review:

Okay so this got 4/5 star for there is some elements that I wasn't finding easy to read but its done so well that its hard to not get swept up in the world of dance and erotica. There is a great deal of twists and turns with Mae and other characters. The plot really tests both characters to their limits and when you least expect it they will surprise you.

This is a VERY EROTIC book and if your not fan of erotica then I don't recommend this book to you. The suspense is just balls you over that you will be biting your thumb the whole way through those parts. There is nothing in this book that will not have you rooting for your characters.

Its a well done to these two great writers.

16 LightHouse Road by Debbie Maccomber Review

Hello Readers,

Time for a sweet novel that will melt your heart and have you emotionally entangled for hours.

Blurb:

Welcome to Cedar Cove – a small town with a big heart!
Judge Olivia Lockheart has caused a scandal. Hearing Cecilia and Ian Randal’s petition for a divorce, she came to the conclusion that the young couple hadn’t tried hard enough to make their marriage work. Her judgement? Divorce denied.
While Judge Olivia throws the town into an uproar, her daughter Justine is on the verge of the biggest decision of her life. Should she stop waiting for love and accept a marriage of convenience? Olivia’s best friend, Grace, has troubles of her own. Dan, her husband, is increasingly distant and Grace is starting to wonder if he’s having an affair.
And in Cedar Cove, nothing stays secret for long.
Make time for friends. Make time for Debbie Macomber.

The Review 5/5 Stars:

Positives:

The whole world was developed well and I could see everything clearly in my head. I could feel the emotions of the characters and the perils that were involved in their journeys. There wasn't a moment that I didn't love the book and I had a hard time putting the book down. The love and friendly, cozy feel of Cedar Cove will let you slip into a warm, comfortable place that we all seek I guess.

Negatives:

The multiple character changes were hard but Debbie does it in such a smooth manner that it helps to keep the story flowing well. Its not jarring but it might be off putting to readers who like to stick with one character from beginning to end. I would like to see the panic that Jack is attending for Charlotte's birthday. Those are the only thing that I found might be stumbling blocks.

Twin Reflections by Elizabeth R. Joseph- 4 star Review

Hello Readers,

A very special review for you all tonight.

Twin Reflections by Elizabeth R. Joseph 4 star reviews

The maze of mirrors has been accumulating energy for ages. When Vera and Mark unwittingly find themselves trapped in the maze, its passages prove to be the least of their problems. Its magic can be a great tool or weapon, as Queen Missena is learning, and they are at its mercy. As they travel through, the illusions created by the maze takes them to places unexpected and dangers unforeseen.
But Vera has magic of her own. Will her magic help her and Mark escape the maze? Or will they be trapped inside forever?

4 star review:

The book is a great book for starts and it has a Terry Pratchett feel to it. The many different point of views is hard at times but well worth reading the book. The description of the world that you walk through its amazingly done. The magic elements to it makes it something even more special. The children's point of view that you get to experience is breath taking. Its something that you need to read for yourself.

Visions (The Mystical Encounter #1) by Kimberly Readnour 4 Star Review

Hello,

So we have another suspense thriller on our hands here. Its sort of suitable for young adults but I would recommend parents read first to decide upon its content.

Visions (The Mystical Encounter) Book 1:

Book One of a Thrilling YA Paranormal Mystery Romance Series

Gifted or cursed? A yearning to be normal. And an unsolved murder refusing to be ignored. This is where the mysteries begin...

Moving to a new town, Heather Reiner struggles to keep her psychic abilities a secret and establish a sense of normalcy…at least for her overprotective mother’s sake. .
But when Heather starts having terrifying visions of a missing boy, she can’t simply ignore them. This time she feels an inexplicable pull to solve the crime, and slowly begins to believe that her supernatural gifts could actually help others.
After meeting Barry, the cute boy next door, Heather uncovers a few interesting facts that might help unravel the mystery. She wants his help, but getting Barry involved means exposing her “gifts” and potentially putting both their lives in danger.
Because if she’s not careful, these terrifying visions might be driving Heather straight into the killer’s lair.

The Review:

I had no idea where to start with this review for there was so many options on hand. Each page does prove to be thrilling. It has a level of intense action that comes with this book that will have you wanting to reach for the popcorn. Your not going to want to read this home alone at night.

From the offset you feel for Heather and the author portrays
her emotions well that leads to her new start in a new town. Soon we see her develop her first friendships with Barry and Nicole. Time flies while she gets sucked into the depths of a romance with Barry while also trying to help the boy that lived in the house that she moved into.

The book ends with a great cliff hanger and a understand that most people search for. Its a wonderful story that I couldn't recommend more.

Soundless by Richelle Mead 5 star review

Hello all,

Today we are doing a stand alone and I read this thinking it was for one of my bookclub reads only to realize that it didn't win the vote.I didn't care and read it anyway as I didn't have the other book and it would take to long to get it.

Soundless By Richelle Mead

For as long as Fei can remember, there has been no sound in her village. Her people are at the mercy of a mysterious faraway kingdom, which delivers food in return for precious metals mined from the treacherous cliffs surrounding them.
When villagers begin to lose their sight, their rations shrink and many go hungry. Fei's home, the boy she loves, and her entire existence is plunged into crisis, under threat of darkness and starvation.
Then Fei is awoken in the night by a searing noise, and sound becomes her weapon . . .
Perfect for readers of THE HUNGER GAMES, this epic fantasy from the international bestselling author of VAMPIRE ACADEMY will have you instantly hooked and on the edge of your seat.

The Review:

I can't imagine going through what Fei has to go through. If you want a good heart felt, strong and courage filled characters to read about then she is the one for you. I was a bit nervous to read a book by this author that wasn't from the Vampire Academy but it wasn't long into the book that her voice shined through and I found myself falling in love with the book itself.

Courage, believing in things that are beyond us and love is just some of what you find in Fei's story. Its a great story that says that despite disabilities this woman becomes a hero and she changes the lives of her village, those she loves. She never gives up despite the hardships that she is faced with. She is someone that I found giving me courage.

The author captured a world beyond the realms of what I know and she was able to suck me in without to much hassle. I love how the whole book was done. I can't wait to see what else she does when she finishes the Bloodlines and Glitter Court books.

A well earned 5 star book for sure.

Never Never Part 1- Collen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher

Hello All,

We got a great Young Adult lined up for you today. Its part one of three parts. I think that I'm going to enjoy reviewing this three parter.

Never Never Part 1- Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher:

Never Never, a novella series. Book one of three.

Best friends since they could walk. In love since the age of fourteen.

Complete strangers since this morning.
He'll do anything to remember. She'll do anything to forget.

“Never have I had my mind blown reading a book like I have reading Never Never. It was intense, sweet, completely unpredictable and utterly fascinating. Can’t wait for the next book in this series!” ~Jen, The Book Avenue

“Hoover and Fisher have combined their unique talents to deliver a deliciously twisted tale of deceit, love and friendship that keeps you guessing long after the heart-stopping end.” ~Vilma’s Book Blog

“Twisted, sickly wicked, yet warming with a deep-layered love story. Tarryn and Colleen combine their forces for good. Alone they are talented. Together this epic duo is unstoppable.” ~Pam, The Book Avenue.

"The evil queen and the good fairy of romance have come together, and the results are more than I could have ever asked for." ~Holly's Hot Reads

This novella is recommended for readers age 16+ due to mild language and sexual content.

Review:

From the beginning the tension flows through this book when we start to follow Charlie and SIlias. I couldn't be more impressed with this 159 page ebook. The fact its one of three makes me excited. I couldn't wait to get all three parts. I couldn't see where this book was going and I couldn't put it down from the start to finish.

The emotions that are piled into this book drip off the words and makes it hard to put the ereader down. I have to say that you need to make time for this book because well after you put it down the storyline is going to linger on in the back of your mind and will have you asking questions.

I don't want to post the questions that I was left asking for it will take away from the book and maybe spoil it for you. I have to give you the highest recommendations to read this book and make your mind up for yourself. Don't let the other negative reviews make you doubt worth buying this three part story for its all worth it.
