Hello Readers,

Today I wanted to take time out to talk about the best in the businesses Wrestlers, who are hosting there own shows and are helping other new talent progress in there futures within the business by helping them get noticed. Shane Helms has helped me a great deal with his support and his mentions on his show. Much to, which I wouldn't ever be able to say thank you enough too. So its with him that I start off this Promotional blog.

Highway 2 Helms

Highway 2 Helms is ran every Wednesday on Geek Week. Its a show that sees long time ex WWE Superstar and ex WCW Wrestler Shane Helms run a show that sees a whole host of guests ranging from TruTV's very on Ron Shirley to MMA Fighter Bad News Bell. The show covers every topic in Wrestling, MMA and even Football. With jokes, humour and even some Science Fiction stuff thrown in too. From start to finish Shane Helms and his Co-Host Marty Garner (Cham Pain) along with the mystery of the 'H2H Waitress' became my must see show every single Wednesday night.  Its the perfect adult show with all sorts of dirty jokes, sayings and thinks that will stick in your head for days.

The Highway 2 Helms Staff make every show the best experience for everyone with staff in the Chatroom who will talk to you through the whole show, fast and excited fans all willing to share questions, there favourite moments and much more with new members. Its regulars often make the place feel more than welcoming when there turn up a whole hour before the show to make sure that they will be in the best Chatroom for the night.  The viewers get so high that sometimes its chatroom has to be split into two rooms!

All in all its my must see every Wednesday night and I'm honoured that Shane Helms, Marty Garner (Cham Pain) The H2H Waitress and even Shelly L who runs the technical side of things does the show. We would all be lost now without the Highway 2 Helms explosion. I will be there tonight for Shane's next instalment with Popcorn, Coffee and even a little Rum for some fun with the Superstar and his guest.

The XPac Show On Cowhead TV.

As if Wednesday nights couldn't get any better we have right after Highway 2 Helms we have The XPac Show that features XPac and friends talking about everything an well anything from the get go. He starts off at 8pm Est and finishes sometimes a couple of hours later. He hosts his friends from WCW and WWE days along with some of them that are on the Independent Wrestling Scene. He never fails to host the show with fun and excitement. We see him have funny stories, down to Earth really nitty gritty stuff that will show you a whole other side to XPac and Professional Wrestling.

He makes me stay up to the wee hours here in the UK to make sure I get my fix of the CowHead experience every Wednesday with his trusty staff supporting him along with clips from the days from all over his Wrestling Career as well as other Wrestlers its something that you wouldn't want to miss. There hasn't been a show that is ever been able to live up to following Highway 2 Helms, yet this does.

Well I Couldn't Have More News!

Hello all,

Well I know I don't have nearly as many fans on here as I do on Facebook, but I respect you all enough to put this blog both on here and on my Blogspace. We are heading towards April the month I take my first holiday since I was 14! Eeeek!

I have had plently to share with you. Being made a Sweet and Sexy Diva on there Sweet and Sexy Blog recently has been amazing. If that wasn't awesome enough the shows doing well with a couple of granteed regulars, who show up every single week on Justin TV. (Every Friday at 12pm Est at www.justin.tv/kristal_mcKerrington)

Life isn't too bad either, however I have signed the contracts for the 4th book in the A Different Life Series and the 1st one in Marie's Tales. There is plently of more books in the works. We are finally starting to leak our work into the Wrestling world. Oh yes.

I never thought there was any way I could leak this in. There is, we are getting support and I've never been more grateful for it. I'm hunting through every Wrestling contact that might be interested within doing this and I'm asking them to give it a chance. So far we have a few of the best reporters reading our stuff. More on that later on.

I decided to blog on here since Myspace was the home to me before I went under my pen name. Its a home that I have returned too and just hopes that it can help me reach the heights that I need it to reach. I really want to give my ideals the chance to star in a movie, I just don't know if that is going to happen or not.

With me nearly finished 'Marie's Tales: Taming A Player', my SEO marketing plan drawn up by Eric from Gnosis Arts and the best Candian Ebook Publisher in the world in my mind backing me then what can go wrong. I have even got myself a real friend within the Writing Wrestling Fiction Island called L. Anne Carrington.

L. Anne Carrington and myself are in talks with RT about doing a Panel next year to talk to them about the bridging of Wrestling, MMA and Romance. Its something that could well be the future for all three markets and fields. There is always room for them to grow in this markets, but the question is are they willing to let the bridge be built?

I have also signed the contracts for the Shetlands Immortals 3rd book too and have got a spin off series in the works that Yuk inspired. Bless him, he is great for inspiration and sometimes a good giggle. I have got more than my fair share of work cut out for me. With a possible Wrestling genre to built and having another idea for a Wrestling series. My head has opened doors and cans I hadn't expected.

With so much to do I'm still tweeting and getting ready for the end of April. I'm hoping that my time off will be the refresh time that I need to reload and head back out into the field again. I have also had the great pleasure of supporting the Wrestling world recently and hope to be able to continue to do that.

Big J Watts has shown me so much support and respect recently I couldn't be more honoured if I tried. He has shown me that the Wrestling world isn't as cold a place as I thought it would be. I wanted to give him a public thank you. Especially after all the tests and pain I have gone through.

Am Being Spotlighted This Week

Hello Readers,

Thank you for all being patient with me, because I haven't been well and dealing with alot of family stuff so thank you for giving me the time to do just that.  Right now am working on a few stories and series that will be fun for you.  We still have 9 pieces coming out and we have a wonderful set of stuff going on for you to get involved in, while am working away at 'NaNoWrMo' send loads of Muses my way.

I Know The Secret Of Writing

Hello Readers,


It's true. I have learned the secret of writing and you wouldn't believe the answer I have discovered.


The most important thing you will ever have is the ability to dream.



When you dream you create your own world and its a world that everyone can understand. When you dream and you set yourself dream goals you create a reason for yourself to promote, to write and a reason to reach. If you
don't dream then readers don't always get what you want them to feel.



The other part of the secret I have learned is that you need to react and let your characters have real emotions. Place yourself into your characters shoes, then you will get them to feel real emotions that will rock the reader and create a fold to, which they can't escape and there you go - you have a reader for life!



By putting yourself into the book the reader gets to know you and the realness and the closeness of this causes people to want to read more of your stuff. It's a bond that is unbreakable and creates a thing you wouldn't find anywhere else.



I hope these things help you with your writing journey and I can leave you with this little message.


'When you feel it then they will feel it'.

Shetland Immortals Book

Hello Readers,


I never thought I would be writing about Immortality, Magic, Secret Societies and of a man who had done of the biggest betrayals that not one of my other characters has ever had the misfortune to experienced, yet I am still writing this crazy Novel and its going well for a change.  Normally by the time I hit the middle of a book am going 'Oh please God let me have the strength and focus to finish this.'  So far it just seems to pour out of me in a steady rate.


My Muse has had a great deal of fun with me so far in this story.  After a couple of chapters it has given me the five follow up Titles and Blurbs making this the first book of a totally new Series. I think someone forgot to add in the section to my Muses brain that states its meant to just do one book sometimes and not keep looking for a way to make it into a series. I hate this detail of my Muse, because it would be nice to do one book and not have it turn out into a long winded series of stories.


Is it possible that you can only be a Series writer and don't know how to do just one book?


I hope you my readers or dear writing friends will be able to tell me.  I all ready have  a favourite line in my book and its a dosey also this doesn't normally happen until the end of the book.

 “I remember what it felt like to sit on top of your hips and stab you through the heart with my dagger, while you slept. Now I just want to explain to you why I made you one of us.” 


That was Marks line from Chapter 3 and I couldn't help, but to feel for Carla when I saw the line form infront of my eyes.  My hands had ran off with themselves again. I have a feeling I will love this story when I am finished it and I hope you all love it too. 


Its darker then what I normally write, but with a woman with a feisty attitude, half naked Scottish guys and other treats thrown it then I hope it will not be to dark.  I have had to do alot of research for this one so from time to time I have felt like, maybe it wasn't worth it. When I had to check dates and times all the time, but now am halfway through the halfway point and am finally like, yeah this is some real fun. 


Well let me know what you think of the line and what your idea is on the UNEDITED Blurb I have posted at the bottom of this post.  I know its different so I will not expect all of you to like it. I will however do my best with this to make sure that there is enough Romance in it for you all. 


Well I have to head back to it otherwise my Muse might wonder off again and I can't be doing with that again. So take care readers and enjoy the wee UNEDITED Blurb below.

'Carla McBain was just an ordinary sixteen year old girl until one late night in October Carla was murdered in her dorm room.  Coming to Carla was scared until Oscar and Daryl meet her on her return to the Islands to meet her parents.  After confronting her they realise that she is a new Immortal. 

After staging her death they convince Carla to return to their Holy Ground where they tell her everything that they know.  They train her until the day comes that the Islanders grew suspicious of her presence there within the Old Viking Temple. 

Deciding its safer to leave they head out into the night in search of someone else who can tell them the truth about why they are Immortals.  What will they find?

What happens when she meets her first love who is responsible for her being Immortal in the first place?'

Roots and Homeland

Hello Readers,

Todays a new day and I have been really working on something that makes you feel the Homeland that you love. This story am working on is properly the best thing I have ever written so far and it makes me think about where am from.  'Where are you from and what makes you feel connected to it?'

Where I am from they are starting to cut the Peet and they are talking about Up Hellya Aa all ready.  The women are picking out their winter formal dresses for parties and the things that are always on their calendar. The rest of us are getting the freezers ready for the winter months, getting ready for the last holiday's for the year. Those who have kids are teaching them about our traditions and still trying to get them to bed even though its still bright at Eleven a clock at night.

The Farmers are getting ready for the Harvest and those who are work with the Church are getting ready for what we do during the winter months.  Helping the Paster make sure the buildings are all prepared for the harsh winter months.  Everything starts to get ready for the bad winters we have now.  The Peet which, was harvest last year will be dry now and need moving to those houses that need it.  This is also the time that the community helps the old folk to get ready for the bad winter.  Helping with them stock their freezers and make sure that the meat is frozen.


By now the Fishing seasons are drawing to a close and the fish is being prepared for the winter.  Either salted or smoked by each of the houses or is being smoked at the Smoke House.  People are stocking up on their wines, Brandy's and Whiskeys.  Musicans are practing for some more winter meets and some performances. Even the Kids are checking their instraments and learning the tunes.


When all this is done we are normally ready and yet every year there is always someone who needs help and winter is a time that the community bands together.  People start dating alot and this is our most popular time of year for marriage perposals. New Brides have stacked their shelves with wedding magazines and have all the local contacts.  We really know winter is here when there is two woman fighting over the latest issue of Brides weekly.

I love the old songs that we learned at School when this time of year was kicking off. You know we had to order our Halloween customes months in advance and now they can just go to the shop.  It seems that in my nineteen years of knowing my roots and my homeland I have seen alot of changes.  The slow fall of the Fishing Idustry the anger of the people of the Islands at the scams that has targetted us as well as the problems with the Oil.

Yet this place is still one of the most peaceful places I have ever been too. The people would do alot for you if you ever needed it and there is always someone looking for a yarn. The seas are always full of life and even though there isn't a tree in sight half the time the farm land always had animals wondering around making some sort of noise an hassle.

The lands free there, plently of birds and endless amounts of wind. I loved it for the riding, you always knew where you were going and how to get back.  The place was small enough that you could go anywhere you liked.  I miss the place sort of.

I miss some of the traditions, some of the foods and the ability to watch the sea.  I loved to watch it and feel free to sit at the beach watching.
